Large Loss Procedures

When The Flooding Is Too Big

This facility had a large water loss inside which needed a few 30 thousand square feet of cleaning. The flooding had gone throughout the building and even in the staff entrances and halls.

With so much square footage to clean we needed to put in place our large loss procedures. In order to process the amount of work needed we call on skilled temporary labor and have our crew chiefs in charge of their work. Each day the progress made is tracked and given to the Project Manager to discuss with the Large Loss Adjuster.
